The ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE is the latest flagship gaming keyboard aimed at the esports market. It’s compact, lightweight, fast, and incredibly capable for those wanting a fully-featured deck without the larger size available. While initially highly priced during its launch window, the current MSRP has been lowered significantly, making this model far more viable at this point in the year than it was at first. Here’s Kyusai’s full, in-depth review after many months of continued use.
ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE price and availability
The ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE is available now in countries like the US and the UK, as well as wider Europe. Its initial MSRP was a bitter pill to swallow, with the premium gaming keyboard commanding a steep sticker price of $220 / £215. However, in the months since its launch in January 2026, it’s only gotten cheaper. It’s now entirely possible to find this deck brand-new for as low as $186 / £189 direct from the manufacturer, or from other trusted retailers. That’s a price drop of nearly 20%, and just the thing to tip it over the scales into viability compared to its competition.
Let’s then talk about the ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE’s competitors in mid-2026, as there’s no shortage of compact and capable gaming keyboards aimed at the esports faithful. It’s priced at the upper mid-range, while also not quite duking it out with the likes of the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75, Glorious GMMK 75, GravaStar HE, or even the company’s own ROG Azoth 75 either. That’s why its price reduction makes far more sense; it’s not quite an enthusiast’s deck, but it was priced like one. Coming in at well under the $200 / £200 mark is much more sensible, and I’ll get onto why further down the page.
ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE design and features

There’s been no expense spared with the ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE’s design. True to its namesake, it’s a 75% sized gaming keyboard with Hall Effect switches. It’s durably built and incredibly compact with a tight and sleek footprint on your desk; there are six layers of dampening to absorb vibration and reduce noise. It’s distinctively ROG with its aggressive, angular design, available in either black or white, and backed by bright RGB that only takes up as much space as it absolutely needs to. It also comes in a handy hard shell carrying case, making it ideal to bring to LANs and other local tournaments.
Speaking to its technical performance. The ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE features hot-swappable ROG HFX V2 and V2X magnetic switches, with its custom ROG Hall sensor, and a now-standard 8,000Hz polling rate. The latter two features have basically become essential in the competitive gaming world; you need hyper-polling to ensure minimal latency between press and action, and this is exemplified by the fine-tuning levels of actuation you can tailor. Its range is between 0.1-3.5mm, giving instant or as much travel as desired, which can be mapped to specific keys (like WASD and other popular gaming inputs), for added versatility.
There is a caveat to the feature set of this gaming keyboard, and it’s not exclusive to ASUS, as the likes of Wooting and Razer are just as guilty when it comes to the competitive scene, and that’s Steed Tap Mode. This form of scripting eliminates the need for counter-strafing, a core mechanic in games like CS2, VALORANT, and many hardcore online tactical shooters. The marketing material even promotes this. SOCD is disabled/off by default, and that’s the way it should remain, provided you don’t want to be kicked from a lobby or banned from local events. Enable it for anything casual or single-player, sure, but don’t run it for anything competitive.
ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE performance
I’ve used the ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE as my main gaming deck for the majority of this year, and it’s without question among the best esports keyboards that I’ve ever used. While it’s ultimately lacking a USP, as most of its features are now becoming standard for its price bracket and among its competition, I can’t take away from what’s a remarkably satisfying gaming and working experience wholesale.
To test the ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE effectively, I’ve used it throughout dozens of gaming sessions in today’s biggest esports games to great success, with titles like CS2, VALORANT, Marvel Rivals, PUBG, Fortnite, and alongside aim testers such as Aimlabs and KovaaK‘s, too. With SOCD disabled, I noticed a sharp increase in responsiveness from the lower actuation of the Hall Effect switches, which were particularly apparent when playing Ranked Zero Build and CS2 Premier games, where movement is everything.
This gaming keyboard is also remarkable to work from as well, as I’ve written (and edited) hundreds of articles with it over the last few months, with typing averages hovering around the 80 WPM mark via TypingTest. For well under the $200 / £200 mark, the ASUS ROG Falchion ACE 75 HE is a powerful, capable esports keyboard that just so happens to now lack a killer feature in the market. If you’re after an all-rounder deck, then it comes highly recommended, even if it won’t wow you with what it can do in 2026.
