A triumphant moment for stealth gamers everywhere, Solid Snake has joined Rainbow Six Siege as a new operator in Operation Silent Hunt coming on March 3, 2026. We even got to see David embracing Splinter Cell‘s very own Sam Fisher, which has opened the door for more exciting crossovers. I’m going through my dream picks we could see in the future.
Agent 47 (Hitman)

IO Interactive has a rich history of crossovers that have been featured throughout Hitman: World of Assassination. Agent 47 is known for being for being an expert marksman with pistols, rifles, and can turn any ordinary item into a deadly weapon. We’ve previously seen how well the character can translate into a first-person perspective, namely through the game’s VR mode, so mechanically, we could see similar smooth moves in Rainbow Six Siege.
Agent 47’s signature ability could be his Instinct mode, which could highlight footsteps of rivals, temporarily peer through walls, or allow the assassin to disguise himself as a different R6 operator. Then we get into the potential arsenal; the Silverballer pistols are iconic, but Ubisoft could implement the fiber wire and coins for distracting foes or triggering traps. While it’s a long shot, his specialist training makes him an ideal choice for the tactical shooter.
Jason Brody (Far Cry 3)

Should Ubisoft go internal again for a new prospective Rainbow Six Siege operator then Jason Brody has the skills to put the current roster on notice. The rich kid turned savage killer is absolutely brutal both melee weapons and firearms such as the Shredder SMG, Shadow pistol, SPAS-12 shotgun, AK-47, and the Recurve Bow.
In terms of special abilities, Jason Brody’s fragile mental state could translate into a rage mode, or we could see a chain assassination feature, provided a bloodlust gauge is built up. The Far Cry series has a wealth of alternative characters who could be viable for Siege, such as Vaas Montenegro, Pagan Min or Joseph Seed, it’s Brody that wins out for me.
V (Cyberpunk 2077)

Few mercs are as feared in Night City as V. Cyberpunk 2077‘s main protagonist has an array of iconic firearms, such as the smart weapons, Errata thermal katana, and range of cyberware enhancements. It’s probably a little further out of the grounded tone for Siege, but a splash of the distant future could help to keep the game fresh.
V could use Netrunning abilities to disable traps and jam guns, but their cyberdeck could also set off grenades or trigger a form of smart vision to glance through defenses. Then we get into the territory of Gorilla Arms, Mantas Blades, and other modifications, which could be tailored against a Cyberpsychosis meter, which (if filled), could have adverse effects throughout a round.
James Bond (007 Series)

Commander Bond is making his way back to the world of gaming after a long absence. 007 First Light is coming on May 27, 2026. The legendary MI6 agent is the perfect fit for R6 Siege thanks to his expert marksmanship with iconic weapons such as his trademark Walther PPK and Walther PP9 as seen in more recent movies.
I can’t talk about Bond without mentioning his array of gadgets. Previous versions of the character saw the likes of the Omega Seamaster Laser Watch from Goldeneye, fitted with explosive detonation capabilities. This timepiece could serve as a radar for foes, be used to trip alarms, remote activation of land mines, and other practical in-game uses. He could be based off an existing actor, or be made more wholly original to fit in with existing R6 operators.
