If you’ve managed to pull a Legendary Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom, it’s worth building a team around them. These Cookies have a significant power advantage over their more common counterparts and can make a big difference in both PvE and PvP content.
Nether Queen Cookie is a Legendary Cookie that prioritizes the Rear position in a party. She’s a Healer with the Chaos elemental affinity, and if you build her out correctly with the right Toppings, she can be unstoppable. Here’s the best Nether Queen Cookie build for Cookie Run: Kingdom to help your team thrive.
Best Nether Queen Cookie build

The best Nether Queen Cookie build consists of Swift Chocolate Toppings, with a matching Swift Chocolate Topping Tart for the best results.
To understand the best Nether Queen Cookie build, it’s important to break down what this Cookie actually does. She’s a Healer with the River of Tartrus ability, which has both healing and purifying effects, along with secondary perks like damage mitigation. It has a 14 second cooldown.
Firstly, River of Tartrus heals allies, cleanses them of removable debuffs, and applies a HP shield, then sticks damage dampening and resistance buffs onto the party afterwards. A shield is generated if an ally is over-healed.
These effects are applied to enemies when River of Tartrus is used:
- Soul Shackling. 4 seconds of incremental damage over time.
- Branded Soul. Cuts damage dealt for 15 seconds. Additionally, a healing boost is provided to the user’s team if a Branded Soul enemy dies.
- Injury. Cuts max HP for 20 seconds.
Throughout battle, Nether Queen Cookie will pick up Soul Fragments. When enough of these resources have been obtained, she will trigger the Ring of Tartrus ability for allies before they are defeated, up to two times per battle. This applies debuff immunity, immortality, and HP regeneration for a limited time.
Additionally, the Ruler of Tartrus buff will be gained by Nether Queen Cookie at the start of each fight, providing her with an HP shield and applying enemy debuffs. If there’s one other Healer on the team, Nether Queen Cookie will get damage dampening and critical damage resistance buffs.
There’s also a special version of the Ring of Tartrus buff that Nether Queen Cookie can get when she’s defeated in a battle, but it can only happen once per fight. It provides immortality, debuff immunity, and a lower level of HP regeneration than the standard Ring of Tartrus buff.
As a result of these rather long-winded buffs and special conditions, the best Toppings for Nether Queen Cookie are 5 x Swift Chocolate Toppings with a matching Swift Chocolate Topping Tart to help manage the cooldown of River of Tartrus.
River of Tartrus is a fantastic ability for a Healer Cookie, so managing its cooldown and trying to get it in play more often during a battle is your best bet for success. You could opt for Sweet Candy Toppings to amplify buffs, too, but I’d vote for a Swift Chocolate build over this.
Looking at Beascuits, make sure to prioritize Legendary Sweet Beascuits to help with both HP and cooldown management.
